⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have taken several classes with Coach Vince, and they've all been great!! I've seen so much improvement in my fitness. I've lost inches, and my energy level is through the roof! I was a little worried about taking an exercise class because of some physical limitations, but Vince modified the routines to fit my abilities, and I have no issues at all!
