I've been in Semper Fit with Coach Vince for 6 years now. Workouts are never repetitious which I love!!! After your workout you feel great!!! Best part having a Coach like Vince who sincerely cares about each and every one of his clients!! I would recommend his classes and programs to everyone!! If you want to step out of your comfort zone try his classes and programs!!! You won't regret it!!

My 10 year old isn't into sports and Covid has left us all a little lazier than before. I enrolled him in the Semper Fit Mini class and he is a lifer now! He absolutely loves the class and thinks Coach Vince is the best! Coach runs a fun, yet challenging class. He keeps the kids motivated and gives them positive reinforcement! I highly recommend this class!

I have taken several classes with Coach Vince, and they've all been great!! I've seen so much improvement in my fitness. I've lost inches, and my energy level is through the roof! I was a little worried about taking an exercise class because of some physical limitations, but Vince modified the routines to fit my abilities, and I have no issues at all! So happy to have found Semper Fit!

Just finished a month of boot camp with Coach Vince. Sweated my face off, always different, varied workouts, challenging and fun.

My son takes the kids class with Coach Vince and it's fantastic! He's firm but fair and perfectly walks that fine line with the children. They all love and respect him and it shows in their attitudes and the progress they make in his class. I will definitely be signing my son up for the next session.

My kids are 7 and 11 years old and they take his class and they love it they have so much fun and coach Vince is great he really puts them to work. It is a great workout for them I recommend the class 100%.
